Service information
Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Master Key website and account portal operated by MAX VENTURES GROUP LTD.
Operator and acceptance
Master Key is operated by MAX VENTURES GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17071187. Its registered office is Maritime House, Basin Road North, Portslade, Brighton, England, BN41 1WR.
By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the account workspace. These terms are effective from 4 September 2026.
Using Master Key
Master Key offers a continuity check and an account portal for a guided interview, saved draft outputs, and completeness and consistency checks. Use your actual circumstances and information you are authorised to provide. The score is indicative, and generated outputs remain drafts for review.
Creating an account does not appoint Master Key as your solicitor, tax adviser, broker, or other professional. A generated draft is not a signed will, trust instrument, or approved instruction.
Your account and information
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate information, use only information you are authorised to share, and keep your login details and sign-in links private. You are responsible for reviewing saved answers and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Do not upload passwords, private keys, payment-card details, unlawful material, malicious software, or information that infringes another person's rights. Master Key may restrict or suspend access where this is reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
No professional advice
Master Key never gives advice. It is intended to organise what a client knows, surface gaps, and route decisions to the client's own solicitor, accountant, broker, and other qualified advisers.
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, insurance, lending, or investment advice. Do not make a decision or delay professional advice because of this website.
Drafts, checks, and supporting files
Review saved answers and generated drafts for accuracy, and do not treat a passing automated check as professional approval. Supporting files and recordings are stored as private references; uploading them does not by itself read, transcribe, verify, or incorporate their contents into your plan.
The portal depends on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, and AI services. Master Key may maintain, update, replace, or temporarily suspend parts of the service to protect security or reliability. Important documents should also be kept through the arrangements agreed with your professional advisers.
Content and intellectual property
You keep your rights in the information and materials you provide. You give the operator the permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that material solely to provide, secure, and support the service as described in the privacy notice.
The Master Key name, website, software, design, and service content belong to the operator or its licensors. You may use the service and your own generated outputs for your personal and business continuity planning, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
Charges
No payment is taken merely by creating an account. If a paid service is offered, its price, payment terms, cancellation rights, and any applicable refund terms will be shown before you place an order. Those purchase terms will form part of the agreement for that paid service.
Responsibility and liability
Master Key helps organise information and identify matters for consideration; it does not guarantee that a continuity plan is complete, legally effective, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions, source information, professional instructions, signed documents, and the secure preservation of final records.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user, or loss arising from reliance on a draft instead of obtaining appropriate professional advice, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ending use and complaints
You may stop using Master Key at any time. Signing out does not delete your account or portal. To request account closure or make a complaint, write to MAX VENTURES GROUP LTD at Maritime House, Basin Road North, Portslade, Brighton, England, BN41 1WR. Account information is handled in accordance with the privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim in another part of the United Kingdom.
